Cancellations and refunds are not applicable for any ongoing or completed orders, in accordance with the service descriptions.

You are solely responsible for complying with the rules, policies, and terms of any social media platform you use. All services are used at your own risk.

While Acctwave provides resources, guidance, and 24/7 support, misuse of services is the sole responsibility of the user. Acctwave is not liable for damages resulting from improper use.

All transaction records of Acctwave users are kept strictly confidential and are not shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Order details may be shared with third-party service providers solely for service fulfillment purposes.

If requested by official government authorities, records may be disclosed in compliance with legal obligations.

Credit card and payment details are never stored on Acctwave servers. Payments are processed securely between the user, payment processors, and financial institutions.

Only the user can access and modify their personal account information.

By placing an order on Acctwave , you consent to receive service-related announcements via email or SMS.

If you wish to opt out of email or SMS communications, you may request removal by contacting support. Once processed, your contact details will be removed from the notification list.

No refunds will be issued outside the system if there is no fault on the part of Acctwave. Remaining balances must be used on the platform.

Acctwave reserves the right to revoke services or confiscate balances in cases of abuse, fraud, insults, or threats toward administrators.

Accounts involved in fraudulent payments, stolen credit cards, or unauthorized payment methods will be terminated immediately without exception.

Refund or cancellation requests will not be accepted once an order has entered processing.

If an order is partially completed or fails, the system will automatically refund the unfulfilled portion.
